Your summons number can be found on the top of your summons or your decision. Once you submit your summons number below, the course will continue in the section where you left off.
Please remember that you must resolve your summons on or before your hearing date or before the deadline stated in your hearing decision. Even if you start the session before that deadline but complete it after, your community service will not be considered completed and your summons will not be resolved. If you have passed your deadline, please contact the OATH Help Center.
